“HAUNTED HOUSE” TO HAVE FESTIVAL DEBUT IN MACON, GA
Macon, GA – “Haunted House” – a short film written and directed by Kevin Krutz will make its festival debut as one of the competition films kicking off the Macon Film & Video Festival at the Douglass Theatre on February 19th, 2009 at 4:00 p.m.
The festival -- held this year from February 19 - 22, 2009 -- celebrates the art and craft of the moving image, and gives light to independent films that rarely have the opportunity to appear in the Central Georgia region.
"Haunted House" is about a little girl named Kay, who journeys through a strange and scary new place. We soon realize that this is no ordinary haunted house. To his cast and crew, Krutz says good-naturedly, "I want to thank you again for all your work, we couldn't have done this without all your efforts--except Ian, we actually could've done without him (Just joking buddy)."
Kevin Krutz is a Philadelphia-based filmmaker who earned his B.A. in Film and Media Arts from Temple University, where he specialized in New Media, narrative, and experimental filmmaking. More information is available at the official movie WEBSITE.
