Christian Moehring earned a Bachelors of Music in Jazz Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he studied with Howard Curtis, Jim Jacobson, and Doug Richards. Aside from jazz, his concentration at VCU also focused on classical percussion and arranging / composition. 

Christian has been a professional drum instructor for 7 years and is currently the head drum instructor at a major studio in the Philadelphia area. With twelve years of professional playing experience and further development, he also has professional experience in most styles and genres of music.
